At Simply Nam by Namrata Soni, we strive to ensure you love every product; however, due to the hygienic nature of beauty items, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Email our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is received, our team will review the provided evidence to verify the defect or error and authorize the return pickup.
- 3.Product Pickup
Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags; our courier partner will then collect the package from your registered address.
- 4.Resolution
After the returned item passes our warehouse inspection, we will process a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
