Are Simply Nam products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all Simply Nam products are 100% vegan and PETA-certified cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping within India typically takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to selected international locations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Are the makeup products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with clean ingredients and are dermatologically tested. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application.
